This year’s conference emphasizes these needs and the value of family, community and the healthcare team as integral partners in the care and well-being of children and youth. Through lectures, case presentations and optional Breakfast Roundtables, information presented will enhance one’s knowledge necessary for an integrated approach to care in community, healthcare and school settings.
