TORRAS is the international brand in leather and knit, well-known for our
men’s clothing. We develop our collections in 4.000m2 of factory with 50 direct employees, a strong team with lots of experience and knowledge.
To ensure an excellent collection, TORRAS has established close cooperation
with external production workshops near Barcelona. We export 70% of our
collection to 40 countries, being present in the best top multi-brand stores
in the world. The U.S., Russia and Western Europe are our principal markets.
It is time now to begin a new international expansion through franchising,
with stores like the one in Italy. Our challenge is to be present in every important city in the world, in every luxury street, in the most prestigious shopping centres & malls.

TORRAS is wholly owned by the Serra family. Francisco and JM are the third
generation in front of the company. They continue launching unique designs, with all the knowledge and love in all the manufacturing processes and
quality control.
Concept
We have a defined concept, based on quality leathers and fabrics, unique
designs and exclusive image of our brand. These are the ingredients of a
distinguish cocktail, of our 60 years old existence.
The TORRAS Store client is a man that loves distinguish garments, that look
for an exclusive brand. He wants to feel different, special, with a quality garment, a special design, a unique garment. A touch of exclusivity in every
situation of his life: formal or informal, inside or outside the city, while working or in his leasure time, day or night.

Since 1951
From Caldes de Montbui, a little country town near Barcelona, to all over
the world. This is the story of a woman, Josefa TORRAS, who wants to build
a better future for her son, Joan Serra, outside the fields, in the international fashion world.
Founded in 1951, TORRAS was born as a textile company, positioning itself
as specialists in knitwear. A decade later, in the sixties, we began to combine knit and leather. Garments became more and more special, initiating
the export of TORRAS collections.
A Strong Sense
Today TORRAS has an innovative concept of leather and knit fashion aimed at men and women who love exclusive elegance. We designed for
people who want to enhance their personality and seduce with a personal
style. This understanding of fashion happens to incorporate materials of
the highest quality: leather, cotton, silk, linen, wool and functional fabrics.
Today our collections are present in the best top stores of 40 countries, in
cities like New York, London, Moscow or Shanghai. We participate in the
best fashion shows of menswear: Pitti Uomo (Florence), MRketNY (NYC),
MRketLV (LV), Supreme (Düsseldorf ) and Premium (Berlin). What is more,
we have a exclusive flagship store in Milan, in the Quadrilatero della Moda,
and showrooms in Milan, Moscow, Shanghai and New York.

Evolution
1951-1960 | About An Adventurous Woman Called Josefa TORRAS
She only wanted one thing: that her son was not a farmer. So she set up her small textile business at
home, in the little country town of Caldes de Montbui (Barcelona). It was November 1951. She was Josefa
TORRAS and her son, Joan Serra.
The knitwear was the essence of TORRAS production in the 1950’s: polos for men and ladies blouses.
1961-1970 | Born in TORRAS: Leather & Knit Jacket
Joan meet Antonia Clerch in the workshop and he marry her. Joan continues to lead sales and collections,
beginning with the first exports.
A suede & knit cardigan, sewn by hand, is the first leather and knit garment, soon turned into a classic
piece of clothes in each wardrobe.
The brand participates in an international fashion show: it was Amsterdam 1964.
1971-1980 | TORRAS Became An Internationally Brand
TORRAS builds a new factory to attend the increasing demand, outside the same town center of Caldes
de Montbui.
Joan Serra strengthens the international market thanks to a prestigious brand with a presence at the
most exclusive shops and fashion shows.
TORRAS designed its first all-leather garment.

Evolution
1981-1990 | The Leather Jacket, A “Must Have”
Francisco, the eldest son of Joan & Antonia, joins TORRAS and introduces advances in management, manufacturing, information
technology or sales.
TORRAS is in the front-page of the most prestigious international
fashion magazines.
The leather garments become a “must have”.
1991-2000 | Black Colour and Simple Lines Have The Power
The youngest son of Joan & Antonia, JM, becomes part of TORRAS,
leading international strategy, marketing and design and the export boom.
Sobriety and black colour take over the TORRAS catwalk in the glorious Gaudí Barcelona fashion show.
2001-2010 | TORRAS, exclusive elegance
TORRAS reinforces their identity and its position to the luxury sector with the use of cashmere, furs and exclusive accessories.
Francesc & JM take over the baton in the family company.
2011... | TORRAS, a new international expansion
TORRAS opens its flagship store in Milan, Italy, in the Quadrilatero della Moda, in September 2012.
During 2013 TORRAS will have three more flagship stores in
China: Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou. Furthermore, the company will open a hundred stores in China in a period of five years
thanks to the agreement reached with JPC, local group specialized
in retail sale.
We offer a total look in order to have a global attractive collection,
with unique designs, quality materials and an accurate process of
manufacturing. Our new website Torras.com is created in order
to show the collections and we relaunch our visual identity brand
with a new logo.

A Distinguish Treasure
TORRAS has an own design which adopts the new trends and combines them with our way of understand fashion, always with personality. The collection is presented in three differentiated lines:
Exclusive: TORRAS Gold
Making the difference, TORRAS Gold includes the most exclusive
luxurious garments, including the best cashmere and other fabrics
and exotic leathers from caiman or ostrich.
Unique: TORRAS Red
TORRAS Red offers a wide range of tones in leather and special trimmings. This line includes unique combinations in leather & knit.
It is a comfort line, with personality and the best materials and manufacturing processes.
Casual: TORRAS Black
For a casual and trendy style, TORRAS Black, in slim fit, has sober
tones and the last functional fabrics “self-warming” and “water-repellent” combined with leather.
Total Look
We design coats, jackets, pullovers, shirts, pants... many with leather
details, all for a distinctive look. All the lines in the TORRAS collection can be combined with different accessories, like belts, wool
caps, scarves, etc.
You can identify a TORRAS jacket just by looking at it.

The TORRAS Store,
A Luxurious Place
The Milano TORRAS shop is our first flagship store. It is in the
luxurious Quadrilatero della Moda in Milan, Italy, the international famous district of the most valuable luxury brands in the world.
Located in Via Alessandro Manzoni 40, the shop is between Via
Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga, near La Scala opera theater
and the amazing Duomo cathedral.
Tradition, Quality & Exclusivity
Opened in September 2012, the shop has 100m2 distributed on four
levels. The design, by the renowned Roman cabinet Varco Architecture and Design Studio, creates a pleasant atmosphere and transmits
our brand values: tradition, quality and exclusivity. As “museum
pieces”, there is a knitting machine and a sewing machine, original
from the 50s, when TORRAS began to produce its first jumpers.
Warm & Elegant
The Milano TORRAS Store includes wooden floor and marble stairs,
warm lighting and a lounge area. The furniture is very elegant, in
off-white tones, and it allows us to appreciate the TORRAS Collection with harmony.
We want to reproduce the interior design and all this shop concept
in the best shopping centres and city centres all over the world.
A harmony space to appreciate the collection and fell the brand
values, in the first rank shopping areas.
