Career Camp: Innovate, Design, Create
(Grades 3rd-6th)
Join the Career and Technical Education team from MHS for an exciting week of diverse, hands-on
learning experiences! Campers will participate in STEM-robotics, culinary arts, laser fabrication, and
a/v production.
Adventures in Art Camp I
6/15-6/18 | MHS: 9am-1pm | $124

Your artist will learn to use 6 different mediums. They will complete 8 works of art that you will be
proud to frame and display! Adventures in Art Camp II will offer 8 additional works of art, different
than those created in this camp.
Mad Science - Robot Mania
6/22-6/25 | Kimball Elem: 2pm-4:45pm | $124

Learn all about robotics in today’s world and how technology will continue to affect our future. Discover a wide array of robots from sound sensing to amphibious bots and even a robot that plays
soccer! (+$25 supply fee due at camp)
Mad Science - Inventions Galore

This camp will inspire your scientist to use their inventive imagination! Campers will overcome a series of challenges by inventing their own strategy. Investigate and learn about the awesome inventions created before the onset of modern science.
Drama Kids Camp - African Safari

Go on a Safari adventure as Young Rembrandts and Drama Kids partner this summer! Campers will
discover the wild animals of Africa while drawing and acting out wild jungle stories and scenes.

Mad Science - Rocket Ride to Space

Blast off your knowledge of flight! This camp is an exciting study of rockets. Campers will learn to
build their own rockets and planes, experiment with propulsion systems, launch and recover rockets!
Adventures in Art Camp II

(Ages 5-13)
Your artist will learn to use 6 different mediums. They will complete 8 works of art that you will be
proud to frame and display! This art camp will offer 8 works of art, different than those created in
Adventures in Art Camp I.
Basketball Camp

Learn the essential skills of basketball, improve your free throws and participate in friendly competition. Campers will need to come dressed for active play, wear proper footwear, and bring a water

The safari activities will include cartoon drawings, scene starters, theatre games and the use

expedition on the final day for a short presentation to see what was discovered on the trip.
