MASSAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS It is our intention to provide our guests with a professional and therapeutic massage. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for massage clients of Company Massage. We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as last minute meetings, traffic considerations, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. In our commitment to provide an excellent massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies: Booking for companies and individual employees We also have a minimum booking time of 2-hours per booking per visit for all booking types. Available booking time from Monday till Friday from 8 AM till 8 PM. We require from a company a minimum of 7-days notice to guarantee availability of our therapists. A soon as the company makes the booking for certain number of hours at particular days, the employees will receive the password to our online calendar and mark the time, which suits them the most for their massages. Service charges Company Massage hourly rate, as quoted on the booking form, is for up to 4 people being massaged per one therapist’s hour worked. Therapists will massage the number of staff quoted in the initially agreed time period. If any additional people want to be massaged that day, our therapists will make every effort to find extra time for them. However therapists cannot be held responsible for fewer massages completed due to the recipients not being ready or having to travel between offices/floors/buildings etc. As a guide, our Company Massage therapists can give the following quantity of massages per hour based on the massage type chosen: 15-minute massage x 4 per hour 30-minute massage x 2 per hour 60-minute massage x 1 per hour Time extensions Where the need/desire arises for therapists to continue beyond the booked time and the therapists are available to do so, they can proceed if authorization granted. The minimum time extension is 15 minutes. Time extensions will be invoiced separately and require payment within 7-days of invoice being issued or if paid by the individual Employees, must be paid before massage starts by credit card or pay pall. Confirmation & Payment Terms Confirmation and payment done by client are required before the scheduled massages start. Booking confirmation must be made 7 days in advance to guarantee the availability of the Company Massage therapists. A payment arrangement must be made 3 days before massage session. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if no attempt to complete payment has been made 3-days prior to the massage booking date. In a case of booking the massage earlier than 8:00 AM or later than 8:00 PM or Saturday, Sundays and public holidays may incur a 20% surcharge. Time extensions are subject to regular hourly rate of 160 PLN per therapist. The Company Massage will confirm the added charges (if any) to the client before allowing the therapist to proceed. Our preferred methods of payment are: advanced booked sessions of massages – bank transfer last minute booking - Pre PAY / pay pall or Credit Card Arrival To Your Massage Please try to arrive for your massage appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given. Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel an appointment, or reduce your appointment hours. This gives us enough time to fill this time slot. If your appointment is on a Monday, notice must be given 24 hours before your appointment that Friday - weekends don't count toward the 24 hour notice policy. If you fail to cancel prior to 24 hours before your massage appointment, 50% of the cost of service can be credited back to your account, but full refunds will not be given. Late Arrival and No Show Policy The therapists will make all efforts to be punctual both with their start and finish times of the massage booked. We would appreciate the same from the employees. We understand the workings of the modern corporate office and that not all appointments run precisely to time. If individuals are unavailable to be massaged within the booked time our therapists will seek direction from the Key Contact and/or offer their massage to other members of staff. Scope of Practice Company Massage therapists are licensed professionals and held to the highest standards therapeutic massage and bodywork. Massage therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques, and may apply adjunctive therapies, with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client. Massage therapists do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions nor are they allowed to provide treatment for a specific condition without a doctor’s supervision. The massage therapist is required to refer you for diagnosis and to follow recommendations of your physician. Breaks Therapists have a 15-minute break every two hours of work completed. Therapist Uniform Company Massage therapists will always wear attend a branded uniform consists of blue long pants and a blue blouse. Respect For Client Needs And Boundaries Company Massage therapists are happy to adjust pressure, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it. Please don’t be afraid to speak up about areas you’d like to have more or less attention, or anything that would help you to be more comfortable. Your input will always be accepted and appreciated. The client may also choose to refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time, and is free to leave. Professional Boundaries Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is never appropriate. Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities. Therapists reserve the right to refuse a booking if there is possibility threat to our therapist’s safety and morale, which includes working in an unsecured environment. Confidentiality And Conversation Your privacy and confidentiality will be upheld at all times. During the massage the client may or may not to talk choose to talk, depends on his wish. Any discussion between the massage therapist and the client is confidential. Existing And New Medical Conditions It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that massage may be continued. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.
