COSM - COMBINED OTOLARYNGOLOGY SPRING MEETINGS • REGISTRATION & HOUSING
Dear Colleague:
Dear Colleague:
On behalf of the Secretaries Liaison Committee, we invite
you to join us for the COSM 2015 meeting, April 22-26.
This year is not to be missed! All nine COSM Societies will
come together in America’s most historic city—Boston,
Massachusetts.
COSM Societies received a record number of abstracts and
has developed an exceptional scientific meeting. The Spring
Meetings will include pertinent research, clinical specialty
updates, and an opportunity to network with your colleagues.
The scientific meetings will be located in the Hynes
Convention Center, and connected to the COSM
headquarters hotel, the Sheraton Boston. Located in the
heart of Boston’s historic Back Bay neighborhood, the
central location of this year’s meeting is ideal. Nicknamed
“America’s Walking City,” Boston offers rich cultural and
educational institutions, world-class dining, museums, and
shopping, all within walking distance of the meeting.
The exhibits are a vital part of COSM, and now will be open
during both Poster Receptions. Please be sure to allow time
in your schedule to visit the exhibit hall to see the latest
products and services related to your specialty. You certainly
won’t want to miss the exhibits this year as COSM will be
raffling off a fabulous prize daily (winner must be present to
win). Lunch is served daily in the exhibit hall. Please note that
the exhibit hall will be open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
and will be closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
This year’s COSM meeting promises to be one of our best—
with a wide scope of papers, posters and panels covering all
aspects of our specialty. We encourage you to participate in
this educational experience and register online at
www.cosm.md!
We look forward to seeing you in Boston!

COSM - COMBINED OTOLARYNGOLOGY SPRING MEETINGS • REGISTRATION & HOUSING
MISSION
The mission of the Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings (COSM) is to bring together the membership of the COSM societies,
Otolaryngology residents in training, medical students and allied health professionals for the purpose of disseminating and exchanging
the latest cutting edge clinical and basic scientific research. COSM is the premier educational and technology forum for providing the
sub specialties in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery with an opportunity to improve and expand their knowledge and skills
thereby enhancing the quality of patient care.
What is COSM?
The Combined Otolaryngology Spring
Meetings is comprised of nine societies
that join together once a year to share,
exchange, and discuss the latest
research, advances, and hot topics
in the field of otolaryngology. This
meeting provides an opportunity to
compare varying experiences within
several interesting and important areas
of otolaryngology. It also provides the
opportunity to view over 500 poster
presentations and discuss the research
with the authors. In addition, more than
85 companies exhibit at COSM to display
the latest technology and products and to
discuss recent trends within the field. You
don’t want to miss this great educational
opportunity to attend a meeting
that fosters communication among
otolaryngology-related subspecialties and
is a forum to exchange a wide range of
ideas. For more information regarding
the scientific programs and educational
offerings at COSM, visit the Web site
at www.cosm.md. Each participating
society provides a link to its individual web
site where program information can be
viewed.
