There is no minimum or maximum order requirement – order from one to one hundred straps – and discounts are available for multiple orders. You can even have your company name stamped on the straps (please call for details). It's very simple. You can order online, by phone or fax and we will take it from there. Please check your order carefully before placing it. Make sure that all sizes, styles, padding, colors etc. are correct. If you need to include any additional information about your strap please make notes in the "Special Instructions" section. Once an order is placed with the manufacturer it cannot be cancelled and we do not accept returns or give refunds or exchanges. Production time is 6 to 8 weeks. Samples are available by request. If you have any questions please contact us before ordering. PAYMENT Since all straps are made to order we require payment in full when the order is placed. Payment can be made by a company credit card or a company check. We do not offer net terms or payment plans. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for custom straps. In the event of a manufacturer defect we will have the strap remade to the original specifications.
