ELIGIBILITY and CRITERIA

Award nominees must work or live in the Cranbourne community

Current Chamber members are eligible for nomination
(excluding Committee members)

Nominations will be assessed on the nominee’s contribution to
the Cranbourne community, as detailed in the nomination form

Nominees may be part of a wider organisation, however their
individual efforts to a wider cause are what should be detailed in
the nomination form

Nominees must have had a positive impact on the Cranbourne
community through their individual efforts or significant
contribution to a group effort

Nominees for the CCC Community Award can be of any age

Nominations must be supported by two people – a Nominator
and an Independent Referee

All Nominees must agree to participate in the Chamber’s Annual
General Meeting (7pm, 13 August 2015) and resulting media
coverage

Nominee’s achievements and/or contributions to the Cranbourne
Community are to have been made in the 12months prior to the
nomination (includes ongoing contribution)

Selection Panel reserves the right for the final decision

An Individual need only be nominated once for consideration
at our Annual
General Meeting
