1 AWARDS GALA – THURSDAY, JUNE 4th

Your effort was chosen as one of the most effective of the year and we want you to celebrate your
success at this year’s Effie Awards Gala on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Cipriani’s 42nd Street in New
York City.
Award levels – gold, silver and bronze – and the North American Rankings of the 2015 Effie
Effectiveness Index® will be announced at the gala. The Global Effectiveness Index rankings are
announced in Q1 each year – see the global rankings at effieindex.com.
Tickets will go on sale Thursday, April 16th at 3:00 PM (Eastern Time), one week before ticket
sales open to the general public on April 23rd. The gala ticket purchase website link is shared above.

Note: Gala tickets sell out quickly every year and table locations are determined based on
the date/time tickets are purchased. We strongly recommend that groups looking to sit
together purchase all tickets on the same order or plan to purchase tickets within hours of
each other.
Front Row Priority Table: $10,975
Front Row Priority Tables will be the first row of tables closest to the stage. Tables seat 10. Only 5 Front
Row Priority Tables are available. If multiple tables are purchased in a single order, they will be
arranged accordingly.
Priority Table: $9,975
Priority Tables will be centered and in the third, fourth and fifth row of tables closest to the stage.
Tables seat 10. Only 10 Priority Tables are available. If multiple tables are purchased in a single
order, they will be arranged accordingly.
Regular Table: $7,000
Seating is arranged from front to back of the ballroom on a first paid, first assigned basis according to
the date of purchase and payment received. Tables seat 10. If multiple tables are purchased in a
single order, they will be arranged accordingly.

Individual Tickets: $700
When purchased in one order, individual tickets will be placed together. Seating is arranged from
front to back of the ballroom on a first paid, first assigned basis according to the date of purchase
and payment received.

EFFIE WINNER’S JOURNAL
Reservations Due Thursday, April 23rd
We encourage your team to further celebrate your award-winning work by including a celebratory ad
in the annual Effie Winners Journal. Ads provide the opportunity to thank your client and agency
partners, align your brand with marketing effectiveness and highlight the talent and benefits of
working with your company. The Awards Journal will be distributed to all attendees of the awards
gala, 2016 competition judges, and at select industry events throughout the year, including the ANA
Masters of Marketing conference in October 2015.

If you did not submit a team photo at time of entry and would like to submit one now that you have
achieved winner status, please submit your team photo to Erica Stoppenbach at erica@effie.org by
April 23, 2015. When emailing your team photo(s), please include the entry ID# the photo
corresponds to.
You may submit one team photo for each lead agency/client.
High res photos preferred, as photos will be shown on screen at the awards gala.

Public Lists of Finalists and Winners
A full list of finalists and winners will be published at www.effie.org in mid-to-late April.
Insight Guides
Insight Guides provide feedback from the judges who score your entry in all rounds of judging it
encounters. Insight Guides were available for purchase at time of entry for $250/entry. Because the
entry season is closed, the price per Insight Guide has increased to $350. If you would like to request
this report for any of your entries at this time, please make any new Insight Guide purchases here:

If you are unsure if you purchased the Insight Guide at time of entry, please log in to the positive
change online entry area and click on the “Payment” page from the menu in the upper right hand
corner. If you already purchased the Insight Guide, you will see a fee of $250 added in the Insight
Guide column for that entry. Insight guides for finalists and winners will be distributed in June.
Apply to be an Effie Judge in the 2016 Competition
Winning an Effie Award means your team understands the importance of effective communications
strategies. The knowledge and expertise your team could bring to the jury would be a great asset to
the 2016 competition. We welcome your nominations via email to erica@effie.org or via the Judge
