Date 2016 Technical Programme Committee Meeting Nuremberg Germany Introduction During this meeting at the Nürnberger Akademie, on Thursday, October 29, 2015 (from 09:00 to 17:00), the Technical Programme Committee (TPC) will take accept/reject decisions on the submitted papers and build the DATE 2016 technical programme. After a plenary instruction session (09:00 to10:00) in the Marmorsaal, there will follow the break-out sessions per topic (10:00 to 16:00). All papers and review data will be accessible online. Hence, it is strongly recommended to bring a WiFi-enabled laptop, tablet or similar device. At the end of the afternoon, every topic should have completed its accept and reject decisions, as well as proposals for one or more conference sessions according to the indicated budget of session mentioned during the plenary session (including title, description, moderators and papers). Every topic is also supposed to suggest a Best Paper Award candidate and a Best IP Award candidate. The venue is the historic building of the Nürnberger Akademie. Lunch will be provided at the cafeteria of the university (Zentral-Mensa), Andreij-Sacharow-Platz 1 about 400m TPC Meeting, Gewerbemuseumsplatz 2 Coffee and tea will be available throughout the day at the meeting venue. Registration Information The registration for the TPC meeting is free of charge for DATE 2016 TPC members, but it is mandatory to officially register for logistic reasons. Therefore, each TPC member is required to confirm the attendance by writing a short e-mail with name and affiliation to the DATE Secretariat (date@kitdresden.de) no later than September 18, 2015. If you need an invitation letter to submit for VISA request procedures to the local German Consulate or the German Embassy in order to attend the TPC meeting, please inform the DATE Secretariat, which will provide it on a case per case basis request. Please also note that the DATE 2016 conference organizers cannot cover any expenses related to your trip to the TPC meeting or to your stay in Germany.
