 LIABILITY RELEASE
Passion Yoga School, is defined to include its owners, agents, directors,
officers, employees, representatives and affiliates, (collectively “Passion
Yoga School”). Passion Yoga School does not own or operate any entity
which is to or does provide goods or services for your program including,
for example, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities,
airline, yoga platforms, vessel, bus, van or other transportation
companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional
excursions, food service or entertainment providers, etc.
Passion Yoga School is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure
to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without
limitation, Passion Yoga School is not responsible for any injury, loss, or
damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in
connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or
resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, acts of war
or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities,
criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of
accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or
other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other
means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation
mechanism to arrive or depart timely, dangers associated with animals,
marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational
activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, sailing,
canoeing, rafting, hiking, bicycling, rock climbing, etc., sanitation
problems, food poisoning, lack of, access to or quality of medical care,
difficulty in evacuation in case of medical or other emergency, or for any
other cause beyond the direct control of Passion Yoga School.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER
I am aware that yoga practices and travels such as those which I am
undertaking involve hazardous activities, some in remote areas of the
world, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces
of nature, the negligence of Passion Yoga School, or other persons and
companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third
parties. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be
readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which
I am participating on the trip. I accept these risks and obligations and I
fully assume the risks of travel and work in this type of environment. I
fully and forever release and discharge Passion Yoga School and all other
related, affiliated, associated or otherwise connected corporations,
partnerships, individuals and other entities and all of their respective
officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns
(collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all costs (including, without
limitation, actual legal costs), claims, demands, actions, causes of action
and liabilities whatsoever for any and all losses, damages, death or
injuries to persons or loss of property, which may be sustained by me in
connection with or in any way relating to this trip, due to any cause or
reason whatsoever including, without limitation, the reckless, willful or
negligent actions or omissions of the Releasees or any other person or
persons.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is mandatory for all Passion Yoga School students and
teachers and must provide coverage against personal accident, death,
medical expenses and emergency repatriation. We also strongly
recommend that it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and
loss of luggage and personal effects. Clients must be able to provide proof

of insurance purchase and adequate coverage if requested by the group
leader or company representative. The Client acknowledges that the cost
of the program does not include insurance, and that the Client is required
to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost.
MEDIA RELEASE
I, the undersigned, do hereby consent and agree that Passion Yoga
School, LLC (“Passion Yoga School”), its employees, officers, or agents
have the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of me
from any Passion Yoga School trip/event/activity/program and to use
these in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for
the use of Passion Yoga School. I further consent that my name and
identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary. I
do hereby release to Passion Yoga School, its agents, and employees all
rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or
privately and to market and sell copies. I waive any rights, claims, or
interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in
whatever media used. I understand that there will be no financial or other
remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent
transmission or playback.
CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT: At time of booking a non-refundable deposit is due. If booking
is made 90 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due.
FINAL PAYMENT: Payment of the balance of the tour price is due ​
April
1st, 2015​
. If full payment is not received by the due date, rates and
availability cannot be guaranteed.

If program is cancelled 46 days or more before start date - 50% of
program funds are refundable.
If program is cancelled 45 days or less before the start date - 0% of
program funds are available unless student is able to find a replacement.
KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION
I have carefully read this Agreement and fully understand its contents. I
am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself
and Passion Yoga School, and its employees, officers and agents, and sign
it of my own free will.
