Qualifications & Requirements (i.e. education, skills and experience) The BLC Assistant Manager should have good practical knowledge of BLC operations and human resource management in the financial services sector and the foresight to see how the intricate dayto-day activities link with and support the achievement of the mission and vision of the EFC. In this regard, specific qualifications and requirements include: A Diploma in Business Management, Economics or Management; A minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services sector; Knowledge of microfinance specific to MSE markets would be a definite asset; Background in staff management including leadership, skills development and coaching; Strong people/relationship skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
