Jan is a very experienced practitioner and a qualified secondary school teacher who now has her own business. She runs similar courses at numerous schools in central Auckland. The typing course will run for six Tuesday afternoons starting on Tuesday 5 May, 3.30-5 pm, in the school computer lab L1. The dates are 5, 12, 19, 26 May, 9,16 June. You will now only be trialling on the last day of term Thursday 2nd April Sports Hockey Umpiring Sports (zHUR) Auckland Secondary Schools Hockey Association are looking for girls who are interested in becoming hockey umpires - you do not need to have umpired before. An experienced umpire will coach and mentor girls on a Monday or Tuesday night, where trainees will umpire the Under 15 grade games. Once trainees have reached a reasonable standard there is an opportunity to be reimbursed for umpiring secondary school games. Please come to the Sports Office to collect a registration forms. Registration forms are also available for those girls who have previously umpired and would like to continue with this important role. Sports Basketball Sports (SLA) No trial THIS week for U15 basketball teams they will be held on Thursday 2nd April 3:30pm on in the Stadium. Please make sure that your student conference is not during this time. Sports Permission forms for Hockey Sports (zHUR) Permission forms for those girls wanting to play hockey for the school this year were due in Wednesday 25th March.
