The A-SA AEE Student Scholarship Program is focused on the interests of the local AEE chapter and is weighted to recognize a mixture of aspects including academic performance, financial need, and extra-curricular activities. Candidates who are from the Austin to San Antonio area and/or attending programs in the region will be advantaged over candidates outside this area. Likewise, candidates in a degree program that is focused specifically to energy management will receive additional consideration to those that are in programs that are tangentially associated to the Chapter’s objectives. In addition to consideration for the A-SA AEE Student Scholarship, all applicants will be considered for nomination by the Chapter to the AEE Foundation Scholarship, which is sponsored by the Association of Energy Engineers. The applicant is referred to http://aeefoundation.org/scholarships/ for additional information on this scholarship. The goals of the two scholarship programs are slightly different; therefore, receipt of an award from A-SA AEE is not a prerequisite for nomination to the AEE Foundation Scholarship. Once the attached application packet is submitted, no additional information is required to be nominated for the AEE Foundation Scholarship. 2015 Austin and San Antonio AEE Scholarship Application Student Scholarship Application Support Documents Applicant Name: Are you a member of, or related to a member of, the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) or the Austin and San Antonio Association of Energy Engineers (A-SA AEE)?
