Rules for the Silent Auctions
1. The silent auction consists of written bids for items numbered 101
to 199 (Group 1/ Black) and 201 to 299 (Group 2/White).
2. Bids will be accepted on each item until that auction closes.
Closing time for Group 1 is 6:50 pm and for Group 2 is 6:55 pm.
3. All items in the silent auction have a separate bid sheet. Persons
desiring to bid must do so by legibly writing their bid number and
amount of the bid on the sheet.
4. Each new bid must be written on the next available line on the bid
sheet, beginning with the left uppermost line, until the column is
full, then continuing at the top of the right column and working
down. Each bid must raise the previous bid by at least the
minimum indicated. Bids are to be in whole dollar amounts.
5. Bidding will close at the time indicated; however, an auction
official may conduct a live auction of selected items on the spot,
allowing all persons present to bid, and shall determine the
winning bidder. The official’s decision will be final.
6. At the time the auction is closed, the highest dollar amount will
determine the winning bid number. If multiple items are
available, the highest bidder will purchase the quantity indicated.
Remaining items will be offered to the next highest bidder.

collected and the winning bids will be determined. You may

However, Auction purchases are only deductible in the amount
