Clusters
A Cluster is like a palm-sized part of milk, white, or dark chocolate all mixed up with roasted nuts
or candy – and like the best parties, it lasts a lot longer than you expect. There are all kinds of
handmade Clusters to choose from: almond, cashew, macadamia, pecan, peanut, ginger, cranberry,
raisin and seafoam. And then there are kids’ clusters – Smarties, polar bears (like gummy bears).

Creams
There's no one right way to eat our handmade milk or dark chocolate-covered Creams. But it helps
to close your eyes to get the maximum mmmmmmmm. You can choose from many different milk
or dark chocolate Creams to see which you like the best: chocolate butter, coco loco (coconut),
coffee butter, maple nut, orange, raspberry or vanilla.

Bulk Chocolate
All of our chocolates in our gift boxes and the individual chocolates in our showcase are made with
the finest pure chocolate including our white chocolate which contains cocoa butter. The cocoa
content for our milk chocolate is 32% and for our dark chocolate 54%. We also have several other

varities including our bittersweet chocolate at 63% cocoa content, and our onyx chocolate at 72%.
Our newest line of Origin Chocolates range from 38% to 91% cocoa content with beans coming as

Barks
Think of our handmade Bark as Clusters for tidy eaters. The two treats have the same ingredients,
but our Barks are made on a tray and cut into thick, but neat slabs. Milk, dark or white chocolate
Barks come in different varieties, too: almond, cashew, cranberry, cookies n'cream, sea salt skor,
sea salt almond, rice krispie, avalanche (peanut butter, chocolate chips, rice krispie, and
marshmallows), and tiger butter (chocolate with peanut butter).

Bombs
Rest assured that our handmade Chocolate Bombs and our exclusive Tiger Bombs are perfectly
safe. Both have centres wrapped in caramel and dipped in chocolate. Chocolate Bombs have soft
chocolate centres while Tiger Bombs have chocolate and peanut butter centre that are available in
plain or flavoured with almonds or peanut brittle. Milk Chocolate Bomb centres have flavours too,
including plain chocolate, Oreos, peanut brittle, coconut, sea salt, almond, or English toffee with
almonds. White Chocolate Bombs have cheesecake and espresso bombs come in milk or dark
chocolate.

Moguls
We make Moguls for serious pleasure seekers. Handmade with nuts, caramel, and chocolate,
they’re so thick and chewy that you really have to give them your undivided attention. But they will

Some of our best selling items come in the shape of our cup and we know why! What's better than
your favourite filling engulfed in rich milk, dark or white chocolate? Peanut Butter cups, with
smooth peanut butter and white chocolate filing dipped in chocolate. Tiger Butter cups, a blend of
peanut butter and chocolate with a swirl of milk or dark chocolate to top them off, or Honey
Roasted Cashew cups, filled with honey roasted cashews and chocolate. The only hold up is

We have 40 different varieties of ice cream, as well as eight sorbets and five frozen yogurts. So

Brittle
Sometimes it’s nice to have something that was made to be broken. You won’t find fresher brittle
on earth than ours because we make it right in each one of our stores, by hand, using freshly
roasted nuts. You can pick from traditional peanut, deluxe (almonds, pecans, cashews), macadamia
and pecan. If you want brittle with a bit more zing, try the chilli garlic. Brittles come in 1/2lb and
1lb bags – or you can buy it by the pound to as much or as little as you want. Whatever amount you
get, there’s no law that says you have to share it.

Rocky Pop
Crunch for crunch, there may be no more satisfying treat than Rocky Pop, which we hand make at
each store location. Crunch 1: popcorn, each kernel covered with caramel. But it’s crunches 2
through 5 that really set Rocky Pop apart; they are the almonds, cashews, pecans, and peanuts that
go into every batch. Most stores pop their own popcorn right in the store, so that Rocky Pop starts
out as fresh as it can possibly be. Like Brittles, Rocky Pop comes in 1/2lb and 1lb bags – or you
can buy it by the pound to get as much or as little as you want. You don’t have to share Rocky Pop
either, unless you want to.

Seafoam
Watching Seafoam being made is almost as much fun as eating it. It’s like watching a wizard
conjure up a new life form out of sugar, water, gelatine, and baking soda, but then getting to snack
