Each dining experience within Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa
strives to highlight the use of local and organic produce through simple,
delicious recipes that let the ingredients shine. Menu items are crafted to
reflect the changing seasons and the best of what the Vail Valley has to
offer.
8100 MOUNTAINSIDE
BAR & GRILL:
Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa’s signature restaurant, 8100
Mountainside Bar & Grill, is a fine dining establishment that beautifully
showcases the best in Colorado cuisine. The restaurant is appropriately
centered around a 66-inch wood burning grill in an open kitchen and also
offers outdoor seating with cozy fire pits and a view of the Rocky
Mountains. Hand-selected ingredients from Colorado farms and purveyors
arrive fresh daily and menu items change seasonally. The bar menu offers
small plates for sharing. Chef’s table, wine room and semi-private dining
facilities are also available.
 Wine & Beer Offerings: The wine list features organic blends
from local wineries and a selection of Colorado microbrews.

o North American Elk Loin with balsamic preserved
wild strawberries
o Lamb T-bones with a bourbon grain mustard aioli and

This casual dining restaurant is located at the base of the Centennial Lift
and offers guests hearty breakfast and lunch menus as well as lively
entertainment and drinks that can be enjoyed après ski.

Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., daily
Après: 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily
Conveniently located in the lobby, guests can enjoy freshly brewed coffee,
cappuccino and pastries in the morning. In the afternoon, the full salad bar,
deli counter or prepared sandwiches and side dishes offer selections for
groups on the go.

S’MORES HAPPY HOUR:
This sweet offering is available at the resort’s fire pit and features
handmade, flavored gourmet marshmallows from the chef. Choose from
vanilla, crème de menthe, Grand Marnier, M&M and toffee marshmallows,
paired with dark or milk chocolate.

ANTLER HALL:
This popular après ski venue is welcoming with its oversized furniture and
stunning views of Beaver Creek Mountain courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling
windows in the lobby. It’s a favorite spot for locals and guests to gather for
beverages year-round.
