About the Instructors
Troy L. Roope owner and operator of
Stonewall Creek Outfitters, was born
and raised in Stonewall, Virginia. He has
been building rifles and shooting competitively with these rifles the old fashion
way, building with traditional hand tools
and only machining certain parts when
necessary. Some of Troy’s mentors include Jim Hash of Appomattox, Virginia
and Gunsmiths of Colonial Williamsburg.
