Dear Fountainhead Residents,
I hope you are all enjoying the mild
winter we have had so far. I would like
to take this opportunity to address
everyone living in the 295 building. I
personally thank all of you for your
patience and understanding during the
hot water problems. The existing hot
water and heating systems are now
working properly. We have spent
many hours with highly qualified
professionals working on and
improving our existing hot water
system. We are confident that we
have made a substantial improvement
in providing hot water during the early
morning hours.
I would also like to inform you that
plans are being made to install new
heating boilers and hot water systems
during the spring and summer
months.
I thank all of you for your
cooperation with our on-call service.
Please continue to call
(508) 366-2911 with any maintenance
emergencies during our on-call hours.
On call maintenance technicians will
be happy to speak with you about any
issue you may be experiencing, but
will only respond to emergency calls.
Lastly, we would like to
welcome our new maintenance
technicians, Mike Duefield and
