Reception Information
We believe that every wedding is unique and our aim is to, wherever possible, tailor our services
to meet your needs to ensure you remember your big day forever. As such you will always find
our staff helpful and flexible.
Our beautiful clubhouse is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned with views overlooking
the golf course to the North. All receptions enjoy the exclusive use of the entire upper floor of
our clubhouse for a 5 hour period.
Our wedding co-ordinator is on hand to offer expert advice and help with all the arrangements
for your special day and our executive chef is happy to discuss any special requirements or
variations to our menus you may have.
We can cater for weddings between 75 (minimum number) and 160 persons. Utilising the
adjoining rooms, which can be opened out to increase the capacity to 250, means we also easily
accommodate larger weddings. For cocktail receptions we require a minimum of 80 guests with
450 being the most we can accommodate.
Please take the time to read through the enclosed information and should you wish to make an
appointment or simply have any questions or require further information please do not hesitate
to contact us.

Ceremonies
We have several wonderful options for your on-site ceremony including our chapel, a beautiful
room with a high, vaulted ceiling and gorgeous outdoor locations, with the magnificent
Clubhouse serving as a wonderful backdrop for your wedding photos.
The fee for on site weddings is $650.00 and includes the following: Red carpet, satin dropped
registry table, large floral arrangement and a personal Wedding Co-ordinator.
You may elect to extend your reception by 1 hour (maximum) for an additional charge of
$15.00 per person including standard beverages with the bar to close no later than 11.45pm.
All guests must vacate the Club by midnight. This must be arranged prior to your reception.
Parking
Guests attending weddings may utilise the Member’s car park adjacent to the Clubhouse.

Entertainment
Beverages
We are pleased to assist with organising a professional DJ service. Our resident DJ is also an
accomplished pianist and incorporates live piano music during pre-dinner drinks on the terrace
and with dinner followed by DJ entertainment to dance the night away – truly a unique
offering. Should you wish to provide your own entertainment please discuss this with your
wedding co-ordinator.
Standard beverages are included within the Fairway and Links packages with the option to
upgrade to the premium beverages which are found within the Manly package. To ensure
availability of your chosen wines, at least 14 days notice is required of your selection.
Children’s Meals
All entertainment acts are required to maintain a noise level that does not cause disruption to
neighbouring residents.
Children of all ages can be accommodated for; please speak to our wedding co-ordinator.
Table Décor
It is a requirement that a main meal is supplied for all suppliers. A main course is provided with
unlimited soft drinks and juice for a cost of $40.00 per person.
Menus
We have an array of menus available within our various wedding packages however, the
wedding co-ordinator and Executive Chef are more than happy to design a specific menu and
package to suit your needs.
To allow us to give the necessary time and thought to your requirements we ask you to finalise
your menu at least 28 days prior to your wedding.
Special dietary requirements must be advised when final numbers are submitted and
identification of guests requiring these meals provided in the seating plan.

Wedding Packages
We offer two different choices of menu styles within all of our packages.
1. Your selection of 4 Canapes during pre-dinner drinks for a 30 minute period followed by a
Gourmet 3 Course alternate serve menu or
2. Roving Entrees (4 Canapes plus 2 substantial Canapés) served over a 75 minute period
followed by an alternate serve main course and dessert.
Both are followed by a tea and coffee station with chocolates and your wedding cake being
professionally cut by our Executive Chef and presented on platters to each table.
