If you have an office at Russell Business Centre then there is no need to employ a
company receptionist. We provide you with a professional front of house service,
therefore saving you the cost of another staff member and eliminating any
unnecessary hiring hassles. Everything from meeting and greeting your clients to
taking calls & organising your mail will be looked after on a daily basis. The
receptionist can also offer ad-hoc secretarial support such as typing, scanning,
printing etc. So, if you are having a busy day and need an extra set of hands you
don’t have to go far to find it. The receptionist is a representative of your
company, so whether in person or over the phone you can be sure that your daily
business needs are being handled in an organised, professional and efficient
manner.
Call Answering Service
Have you ever missed an important call or failed to receive a crucial message

services, each individual telephone extension will possess a voicemail personal to
that employee should the caller wish to leave a private recorded message in your

Meeting Room Facilities
We offer our clients special rates for the hire of Russell Business Centre Meeting
room. Along with the room itself, you will be able to avail of the receptionist
services to professionally meet and greet your arriving clients and the use of the
waiting/breakout areas in between appointments.
Our contemporary new
meeting room can be rearranged to suit the nature of your booking and you also
have use of a digital projector should you require, as well as wireless internet
access. We will also provide complimentary bottled water, stationary and flip
charts. In addition we can organise any refreshments or catering requirements
with quotes submitted to you for approval before the meeting.
