Land Class Descriptions
TRX
Suspesion training bodyweight exercise that will
develop strength, flexibility, and core stability.
Burn 30 Boot Camp:
Who says they don't have time to get in a
great workout? 30 minutes of high intensity
cardio and weight circuits will give you the
same benefits as a traditional 60 minute
class.
SilverSneakers® Classic:
Improve and maintain your active lifestyle
while focusing on stength, coordination, and
dexterity in a seated cardiovascular class!
Yoga:
Hatha yoga using basic yoga postures, proper
alignment, strength, flexibility, and breathing.
(Intensities vary)
Yogalates:
Love Yoga and Pilates? Here's your class!
we combine elements from yoga and pilates
to create a fun, unique class!
Cycling:
Experience a bike journey with no impact!
Ride the hills and flats seated, standing,
and sprinting!
Group Fitness Training (GFT):
GFT is a program designed to shape, sculpt
and challenge your body. This is your
opportunity to work out with a trained and
certified fitness professional, and see the
results you've always wanted.
Interval Fitness:
A fun and challenging fitness class consisting
of cardio and weight lifting intervals.
Pilates:
A series of controlled, flowing movements
that engage your body and mind. Great for
building a strong core.
SilverSneakers® Circuit:
Combine fun with fitness to increase your
cardiovascular and muscular endurance
power with a standing circuit workout. A chair
is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation
exercises.
Aqua Class Descriptions
Aqua Fitness:
Tone and strengthen muscles, improve
cardiovascular fitness, and increase
flexibility during this shallow water class.
Aqua Circuit:
Circuit train in the pool! Move around
in the shallow end of the pool as you
perform various aquatic exercises.
Deep Water Tabata:
Founded by Izumi Tabatha, a high intensity
workout that uses interval training
for a great cardiovascular workout
Deep Water:
Floatation devices help keep you afloat
while you really burn the calories!
Twinges in the Hinges:
Improve your range of motion during this
low impact water fitness class.
Aqua Noodles:
Use aqua noodles to have a fun, efficent workout!
