Basic Qualification: In order to secure admission to first year of two-year full time MBA Course, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria; Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* (45% in case of candidates of backward Class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Full Time Bachelor’s degree of Minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities. OR Appeared** for the final year examination of any Full Time Bachelor’s degree of minimum three Years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities. Such Candidates can be considered for provisional admission subject to passing the Degree exam with Minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only). MAH-MBA-CET-2015 Score Card 9. Eligibility Certificate ( if required) For Minority Quota Seats following documents are mandatory (in addition to above): 10. Domicile certificate of candidate indicating that he/she is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra by birth or permanent residence. 11. Affidavit in the prescribed format on Rs.100 non-judiciary Stamp Paper. NOTE:* Aggregate marks means the grand total of marks obtained by the candidate in subjects Based on which the class declaration is made in the particular University from which the Candidate is passing the qualifying examination. **Candidates appeared for final year degree examination (Graduation) fulfilling the remaining eligibility criteria will be offered provisional admission subject to the condition that they will pass and submit the results of the examination with the required percentage of marks on or before 25th September 2015. In case, such candidate fails to produce the results of the final year examination on or before 25th September 2015, then admission offered to such candidate automatically stands cancelled and the fees (tuition, development and other fees) paid by the candidate of the academic year 2015-16 will be forfeited. Admission Procedure (Rules and Regulations) 1. All eligible and desirous candidates are required to fill the Admission Request which will be available on the college website, http://ghrce.raisoni.net, for candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria. Form MBA If at a later stage it is found that, the candidate has furnished wrong information and/or submitted false and / or forged documents then the candidate shall lose claim on the admission. He/she forfeit the entire fees of the course & also liable for legal/penal action. 2. Candidates should fill form and take two printouts. One copy should be kept for the candidates record/reference and the other has to be submitted, along with the attested Xerox copies of required documents and Demand Draft at college admission counter. 3. Duly filled Admission Request Form shall be submitted along with demand draft of nationalized bank of Rs. 1000/- in favor of ‘Principal, G.H.Raisoni College of Engineering Nagpur, payable . at Nagpur to the G.H.R.C.E. (Hingna Road Campus) admission counter. 4. Institute Merit list will be prepared on the basis of MAH-MBA-CET score. In the case of candidates securing equal MAH-MBA-CET Score, their relative merit will be determined on the basis of the following order of preference: A. When the MAH-MBA-CET scores are the same, the candidate with higher percentage of marks scored in the aggregate at the HSC (Std. XII) or its equivalent examination will get preference. B. When the MAH-MBA-CET scores and the percentage of marks scored in the aggregate at the HSC (Std. XII) or its equivalent examination are the same, the candidate with higher percentage of the marks scored in the aggregate at the SSC (Std. X) or its equivalent examination will get preference. C. When the MAH-MBA-CET scores, the percentage of marks scored in the aggregate at the HSC (Std. XII) or its equivalent examination are the same and the percentage of marks scored in the aggregate at the SSC (Std. X) or its equivalent examination are the same, the percentage of marks scored in the subject Mathematics at SSC (Std. X) or its equivalent examination will get preference.. 5. Merit list for minority quota students will be prepared first for those candidates who Scored 50 and above marks in MAH-MBA-CET-2015. (Institute has decided to fix entry level score 50 and above for Round I and Round II) 6. Merit list for MAH-MBA-CET-2015 candidates shall be displayed on college notice board and website http://ghrce.raisoni.net as per schedule. 7. Admissions at G.H.Raisoni College of Engineering College, Nagpur will be done strictly on the basis of Merit and in a Transparent Manner by way of counseling. 8. Eligible candidates must report in person with parents at the venue of admission centre in order to secure admission in the round strictly as per notified schedule along with Demand Draft of Required Fees, all original documents, Three Passport Size recent colored Photographs and Three set of attested Xerox copies of all documents. Late reporting Candidate will not be allowed to participate in the round. 9. The provisional Admission will be offered only after verification and submission of all required original documents along with Demand draft of prescribed fees (Rs.82,722* /-per year) drawn in favor of Principal, G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur, payable at Nagpur from nationalized bank. *Fees subject to change and will be binding to admitted students if any change 10. Conduction of Round I and Round II will be done by counseling only for Minority seats. 11. Round III will be by counseling against vacant seats open for all candidates whose domicile is of Maharashtra state. 12. Seats remaining vacant after completion of III round will be filled at the Institute level. 13. In counseling available seats will be offered to candidates eligible as per inter se merit, No seat tag of reservation will be applied. 14. The candidate securing allotment will get provisional admission immediately after counseling round. 15. No reservation and concession will be offered by the Institute to admitted students under this admission process. 17. Cancellation and Refund of fees: The candidate who has provisionally admitted may cancel admission by submitting an application to Principal and may request for refund of fees as per refund rules of the institute. In case candidate fails to submit any of the original documents within the allotted time, the admission shall be treated as cancelled. 18. Students must strictly follow the conduct and discipline during admission process, if anyone found guilty will be liable to expelled from the admission process. 19.
