Park opens at 7 AM
$100 per boat includes $4 Lunker Entry
$6 additional Ramp Fee must be paid at Ranger Station at the ramp
Boat numbers assigned as applications are received. Make entry fee check ($100 per boat)
payable to the Northeast Military Division. Registration check, signed application (boater
and rider) and copy of boater’s insurance must be received by March 28, 2015.
Field limited to 20 boats - NO late registrations at the ramp
Boat/Livewell check and Pre-Tournament Meeting 7:30AM - FIVE bass limit per boat
½ Pound penalty for each bass not released alive (Lunkers must be released alive)

TOURNAMENT RULES: This is an electric motor only reservoir. Each boat must have a working livewell.
Each participant must wear a life jacket. Anglers failing the boat check will not receive a refund. Official time
will be announced during the pre-tournament meeting; late penalty will be one pound per minute
(disqualification after 10 minutes). No fishing within 100 feet of an anchored tournament boat. No one may
leave the boat to catch or land a fish. No natural bait is permitted. All local, state and federal laws and
regulations on boating and fishing apply. FIVE bass limit per boat (12 inch minimum). Official weigh-in bags
must be used. One courtesy check (without penalty) per bag will be allowed. Only one fish per boat will be
weighed for lunker. Use of alcohol or drugs will result in disqualification. Minimum age: Boater 18, rider 10.
Failure to abide by rules/laws or sportsmanship & integrity, after review by the tournament committee, may
result in a team DQ.

GENERAL RELEASE, WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: By signing this release and
waiver of rights, I am giving up my right to sue the Northeast Military Division, the National Bass Anglers
Association, TBF, their members, sponsors, directors and officers, and releasing them and holding them
harmless even from the effects of their own negligence, for any personal injuries I may sustain while
participating in said tournament. I understand that this release is legally binding, and even if I am injured or
killed due to negligence or wrongful conduct of Northeast Military Division, National Bass Anglers
Association, TBF, and/or their members, sponsors, directors and officers, that I cannot sue or make any claim to
recover for such injuries. If someone intentionally injures me, the release will not prevent me from suing them
or making a claim for personal injuries. This release is intended to be binding upon my spouse, my estate, my
personal representative and/or my beneficiaries or dependants. I understand that there is good and valuable
consideration for the making of this release. I understand that I am giving up the right to sue members of the
Northeast Military Division, National Bass Anglers Association and TBF, and/or their members, sponsors,
directors and officers, and that they are giving up the right to sue me. I understand that I do not need to sign this
release, waiver and hold harmless agreement, and that I am not forced to sign this release and waiver. However,
unless I sign this waiver, intending it to be binding, I cannot participate in the fishing tournament (s) on April 4,
2015. Obtain low boat numbers by registering early. (Check payable to Northeast Military Division)
