" The Need "" Our Reach Dear Friends, " Meet Our Board " "What We Do Letter from the President and Board Chairman 12 We believe we've identified a key that unlocks the door to the future. It goes beyond merely helping kids graduate or get into college. It goes beyond helping great causes like digging wells in Africa, or stopping drug and sex trafficking worldwide. " The Growing Leaders Foundation exists to equip 1% of the world’s population to act like Life-Giving Leaders. Our strategy is to work with partners worldwide in education and faith-based organizations to equip young people to lead themselves and others. When we accomplish this, we don't just add, we multiply. We create a world full of young leaders who solve problems and serve people in every sector of society. " Because of the continued generosity of our donors, The Growing Leaders Foundation was able to equip 16,661 students from 25 different schools and organizations across the United States in 2014. Internationally, we trained over 400 youth leaders in Egypt to work with teens in all corners of the Middle East. We're also in the beginning stages of new partnerships for teaching Habitudes in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Italy and Ethiopia. " Thank you for partnering with us as we continue to labor in this noble cause. With a first year as successful as this, we can only dream about what the future holds. We're excited to be on this journey together and want to celebrate the impact your support had on the students served by The Growing Leaders Foundation.
