Gymboree Bristol membership prices
Monthly membership of our Play & Learn Levels 2 – 6, Music or Art is £35 which
includes your weekly class booking and unlimited access to our members-only free
play sessions.
A one-off joining fee of £20 applies to new members joining Levels 2 – 6, Music or
Art, reduced to £12 if you join on the day of your trial. When you join, you will
receive a lovely membership pack including a great Gymbo doll, Gymboree T shirt
and high quality canvas bag.
Our Level 1 Sensory Baby Play class, a sensory class for babies under 6 months old, is
£28 per month and members at this level benefit from free joining fee!
Discounts are available for booking multiple classes (50% off your second and third
class bookings) and sibling classes (33% off sibling places). Twins will receive a 50%
discount on their second place.
Flexi passes are available for Art, Music and Saturday classes. As Flexi Pass is £50 for
six classes and your pass is valid for three month. Our member discounts above also
apply to current Gymboree members who wish to purchase a Flexi Pass, so a current
member Flexi Pass is £25 and sibling pass is £33.
Unlimited make up classes are available while you are still a Gymboree Bristol
member. If you miss your booked class for any reason, you are welcome to attend
any other suitable class at any time (subject to availability, please book ahead). We
also offer up to six payment holidays in every 12 month period to enable you to
manage planned absences.
We are open all year round including holidays and bank holidays, so membership is
ongoing unless you decide to cancel. We ask for one month notice of cancellation
should you decide to cancel your place.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
1. Membership: Children pay a joining fee only once.
2. Payments: Membership payment is paid monthly via our bank guaranteed Direct Debit and
your payment details will be taken when you register as a member of Gymboree Bristol
following your trial. Your membership fee and first pro rated monthly payment will be taken
that day. Thereafter your monthly fee will then be taken on or around the last day of the month
for the following month. You can cancel your membership at any time with 1 full calendar
months notice. Please make sure you give your notice in writing.
3. Withdrawal of service: In months where we are unable to provide our service for any reason
we will reduce the monthly payment by the equivalent weekly fee.
4. Holidays: You may take 6 weeks as ‘holiday’ weeks in addition to any weeks we do not
provide your Gymboree class. This is the total number of holiday days allowable in a given 12
month period, beginning the day you become a member of Gymboree Bristol. Days cannot be
carried over. Please inform us of holidays in advance of your payment date so that we may
adjust payments.
5. Illness: We ask that you do not bring sick children to class. However, absence due to illness
can be ‘made up’ at another time in a suitable class whilst you remain a member of Gymboree,
subject to class availability. Make up classes can only be taken whilst you an enrolled
Gymboree member and we cannot offer refunds or credits for illness. In extenuating
circumstances we may agree for you to use one of your holidays should you wish to do so.
6. Teacher absence / shortage: We reserve the right to change the format or type of your class,
as appropriate for your child’s age, without reimbursement, in the event of teacher absence or
shortage. In the unlikely event that we cancel your class, clause 3 will apply.
7. Payment Holidays: If you wish to take a break from Gymboree please give us 1 calendar
month’s notice of your anticipated end date along with your anticipated recommencement date
and we can suspend your payments.
8. Bank Authorisation Failure: In the event that your bank will not authorise a card transaction
or any direct debit transaction we reserve the right to charge a £5 fee. This is to cover the bank
charge made to Gymboree Bristol when a direct debit transaction fails. To avoid this please
remember to provide us with updated details when you receive a new card or if you change
your account details. Please also ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account to
cover the monthly direct debit.
