The Master of Business Administration (MBA) attracts people from
a wide range of academic disciplines. The HCM MBA
programmes typically consist of a set number of taught courses
plus the Major Project. The core courses in the MBA programme
are designed to introduce students to the various areas of
business such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resource
Management and Strategic Management. Students on the MBA
programme also have a choice of options allowing them to
specialise in finance, education, marketing, travel and tourism
or human resource management.
Students will be registered with University of Madras throughout
the programme. While the entire course can be completed in
Nepal at HCM, students also have the option of credit transfer
facility if they wish to leave our institution for abroad studies.
The MBA degree is awarded by University of Madras, a fifth
ranked university of India.

Masters of Business Administration Integrated
(BBA+MBA)
Duration 5 Years- Semester with Credits
Minimum Requirement
- 10+2, intermediate or equivalent from recognized
University/board in any discipline.
- 50% in aggregate or CGPA of 2.0
The Integrated Master of Business Administration (IMBA) is our
innovative approach which combines BBA and MBA in once
board coursed. This IMBA is the new entrant in Nepalese
educational system which saves our student time, effort and
money. Our student can join IMBA straight away after they
successfully complete their 10+2 . In the first three years they will
go through BBA curriculum and after that they will jump to MBA
for two years. The students will benefited from continuous study
without any break. Student gets advantage to study MBA even
they don't get success in BBA, a complete break free combined
package of BBA and MBA.

managerial positions in a variety of commercial, industrial and
service organisations.
The BBA Business Administration degree is awarded by University
of Madras, India. Students will be registered with University of
Madras throughout the programme. While the entire course can
be completed in Nepal at HCM, students also have the option
of credit transfer facility if they wish to leave our institution for

Joint Education Programme for CA
There is no doubt that CA is one of the toughest
course with low success rate. The success rate in
the final ICAI CA exams held in 2013 has dipped
to 3.11%. ICAI attributed the reason for low success
rate to the performance of the students.

Background of Joint Education

For furtherance of Commerce and Management
Education and to provide an opportunity for those
who have registered for the Chartered
Accountancy course to acquire Under Graduate
Degree/Post Graduate Degree, the Institute and
the University of Madras have decided to launch
various courses through an MoU signed on 2nd
December 2011.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims at
providing an opportunity to the Members/Students
of ICAI to enhance their knowledge and skills by
offering Graduation and Post-graduation Courses
in Commerce and Management.
