Water Paddleboard Yoga! We now have a water yoga class available this Summer at Hidden Lake.
These are just 1-day, 1-hour classes (to get your feet wet, so to speak). Dates are June 23, July 14, and
August 11, all Tuesday evenings at 6-7 pm. Cost is $35 per class or $25 if you bring your own board.
All equipment provided: board, paddles, leash, life jackets, and anchor. Must be a good swimmer.
