No entry fees will be refunded if a bowler refuses to bowl their assigned draw. In the event of an automated pinsetter or scoring breakdown, Hillside Bowl reserves the right to move the bowler to another pair of lanes. In the event that there are technical problems on the last day of the event, only persons affected will be allowed to bowl after the tournament closing date.
