The Hudson Valley Sportsdome is pleased to invite your baseball team to
participate in the 11U Baltimore Chop Tournament on March 28, 2015 at
the Hudson Valley Sportsdome located in Milton, NY – just minutes from the Newburgh Exit of
I-84 and the New Paltz Exit of I-87. The tournament will be played on an indoor rubber-infill
turf field 190’ x 190’ with a ceiling height of 65’. For further information and driving directions

The tournament is limited to 8 teams. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 seeding games.
A Championship (1st vs 2nd) game and a Consolation (3rd vs 4th) game will be played.
Two umpires on the field. First and second-place awards will be presented.
Team entry fee is $820

Coaches must check in and present roster and waivers (completed & signed by parent or guardian) at
least 30 minutes prior to their first game. Players without properly executed waivers will not be
permitted to take the field.
Birth Certificates must be presented upon request for player age verification.
NOTE: The Tournament Committee reserves the right to cancel the tournament if fewer than 4 teams
register. Monies will be refunded in the event of cancellation. Additional information and modifications to
tournament format and/or schedule may be issued on or before tournament day. Tournament will not be
cancelled due to poor weather conditions. Cancellation Policy: There will be an administrative fee of
$75.00 for all cancellations up to 14 days before the tournament. After that time refunds will not be
issued.
NO CLEATS: Turf shoes or flats only. NO EXCEPTIONS
Teams will be accepted based upon the order in which their application, with payment, is received. Please
complete the application for your team and return no later than 3/14/15. Be sure to include your
e-mail address as this will be the first line of communication. Send completed application and entry fee
