* Please note that for all 11.30am & 12.30pm reservations we will require your table back to make way
for the patrons in the second sitting at 1.45pm and 2.45pm collectively.
* For all guests joining us for the second sitting please feel free to come down prior to your reservation
time and as we may be able to sit you at your table earlier.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
Upon confirmation; your credit card details are required on the booking confirmation sheet to secure your function.
No charges will be made on the card; it is used as a security to confirm your booking.
Upon cancellation a fee may be charged if less than 48hours notice is given.
Surcharge - A 10 % Surcharge will apply on Sundays and 15 % on Public Holidays ( Already included in Mothers Day Set Menus )
Credit Cards – a 1% credit card surcharge applies on all payments.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
Booking information
Whilst we endeavour to do our very best to accommodate your seating requests we are unable to guarantee where you will be
seated on the day.
Please advise us of any prams/high chairs so we can accommodate for the extra space required.
Menu Information
Please advise us of any guests with dietary requirements or allergies.
BYO is not permitted
Cakes
Cakes – you are welcome to bring a cake in for your special occasion. Please advise management on how the cake is to be
stored before it is served to your guests
A $4 per person cake age free applies. We will cut it up and serve it for you, ice cream is available at no extra cost.
Decorations – Please advise if you plan to bring decorations or table arrangements as some restrictions apply. Confetti, glitter
and party poppers are not permitted.
Conduct of Event
Guests between the ages of 18 years old and 21 years old should carry photo identification on them at all times.
The dress code for Hugo’s is “smart casual”. Shoes are required at all time. No singlets.
The client shall conduct the event in an orderly manner compliant with the rules of the venue and in accordance with all
applicable laws.
Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant.
The client is liable for the actions of their invitee’s and any damages or losses incurred. Any costs will be invoiced directly.
Restaurant’s Right
The venue does not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the client, client’s
guests or invitees.
The venue reserves the right to exclude or remove any undesirable persons from the event or the venue premises without
liability.
The venue also reserves the right to cancel the booking if:
The venue or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond the restaurant’s control
The client becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters into liquidation or receivership
The event may prejudice the reputation of the venue
The deposit (where applicable) has not been paid by the due date
Responsible Service of Alcohol - Hugo’s Management and Employees will at all times be bound to state licensing
laws and the responsible service of alcohol act
