We have an experienced and highly skilled Quality Assurance Team which reports directly to senior management, working along-side but independently from the Production and Merchandizing teams. All garments pass through strict quality control checkpoints at every stage of production allowing us to achieve an inline Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 1.5. ICL is officially certified to perform final inspection on behalf of its major buyers. This allows our clients to reduce their overhead as required, without compromising high standards for the quality of the products. COMPLIANCE: Wages Including Overtime and Working Hours are in Compliance There are No Child Labor or False Age Documentation All Labor Contracts and Right to Work Documents are in Compliance. There is no Prison or Forced Labor. The Disciplinary Practices like Health & Safety and Regular Fire Drill are Conducted Every Month. All Human Rights are in Compliance. All Workers Receive Extra Payment For Working Overtime. All Work Hours are recorded on the Employees Timecard and on the Register. All Productions are done in Factory. HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT: We are also aware of our workers and employees whom we consider as the heart of our business. In this regard, we have established a Human Resources Department which works as a moderator between the governing body and workers. This department is responsible for the recruitment of workers, their data, salaries, bonus, promotion, leave, medical and other facilities. They continuously look after the production floor to ensure a harmless and congenial atmosphere for the workers. They are also liable for the worker’s and factory’s safety measurements. For this reason, they arrange different training programs, fire-drillings, checking the safety equipments on regular basis.
