Our food We have many fantastic suppliers right on our doorstep. Our head chef, Ryan Johnson, sources the best seasonal, fresh, local produce and creates recipes and dishes that are bursting with flavor. Everything from the bread to the butterscotch–sauce is made from scratch. In summer our aim is to grow as much of the herbs, vegetables and fruit we use from our own gardens, straight from fork to fork! Foraged food is a great favorite bringing unique, local and fresh ingredients to the table for you to enjoy.
