SPONSORSHIP REQUEST
The 78th Annual ISPE Conference is not possible without Sponsorship support from businesses
and private individual contributions. We thank our sponsors from prior years for their continued
support. The generous donations to our annual event is greatly appreciated by the Executive
Board and Members of ISPE. Expanded sponsorship options include separate sponsorship for
meals as well as Platinum, Gold and Silver options that allow free attendance to all technical
sessions based on sponsorship level indicated. This year we are offering a Business Track and a
Technical Track with a variety of sessions designed to attract a wider range of professional
engineers and industries. Professional Engineering Continuing Education requirements have made
ISPE’s conference an important venue to obtain the PDH’s needed, and your Sponsorship will be
utilized to present a program that will provide the quality training that Indiana engineering
professionals will seek year after year.

Conference registration opens in mid to late March, 2015. You will be able to use
the online registration process at that time to make your session selections. You will be contacted
when the program and registration brochure becomes available. If you will have more than one person attending you will need to register each participant individually. Because you are making your
payment through this sponsor packet, no further payment will be required during that process.

ACCOMODATIONS
The Embassy Suites Indianapolis North Hotel is conveniently located on the Northwest side of
Indianapolis. The location offers you convenient access to most areas of the city, including
downtown, Carmel, Zionsville, Keystone at the
Crossing and more. The hotel offers free parking and
complimentary shuttle that will take you within a 5
mile radius of the hotel. Our beautiful all-suite hotel
offers each guest a spacious two-room suite with
bedroom and living room. We also provide a
complimentary two-hour Manager’s Reception each
evening featuring your favorite alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and snacks. Each guest will
wake up to a complimentary full, cooked-to-order
breakfast each morning.
Reserve your room(s) on or before May 28, 2015, by
using the Embassy Suites Indianapolis North Hotel reservation link. The ISPE rate is $129 before
taxes. Business casual dress is recommended except for Friday’s evening Installation and Awards

CONTINUING EDUCATION
Each seminar that you attend will entitle you to earn Professional Development Hours (PDH’s) that are
recognized and approved by the Indiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers. ISPE
is an “Approved organization” as defined by IC 25-1-4 that offers continuing education courses
recognized by the board. We encourage your participation.
