In addition to the length of time of the event most events require 1-3 hours for load in & set up and 1-2 hours for break down & load out. Rentals We will work with you to choose and coordinate the perfect rental items for your event, from silverware, to kitchen equipment, to furnishings. Additional Services • Custom menu preparation including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free • Travel and Delivery Fee: Included within Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan up to 110th St. We will travel in the tri-state area inquire about your event location. • Site Visit Fee: Information available upon request. Saucy Styling • A unique combination of reclaimed wood and glass to create the Saucy by Nature Brooklyn aesthetic • Includes design and display incorporated throughout for menu items, menu black boards with hand calligraphy for main menu and choice smaller boards to highlight certain dishes Gratuity • A standard 15% gratuity is added to the food, beverage & service portions of the final proposal Deposit and Final Payment A 50% deposit to secure your event date. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Remaining balance due 3 days before event.
