Mission Statement
To provide enterprise-class service to an employer in the Leeds area, operating alongside fellow professionals in the
IT, MIS or Teaching fields. In order to accomplish this I am currently in the process of enrolling into a part-time
degree program, as well as building my full-stack development skills. I am capable and willing to work both alone and

Expertise in medium/large size network environments, including LAN/WAN design, configuration and
implementation; with knowledge of CISCO, Juniper and Foundry hardware, wireless networks and switching.
Hands on experience in Windows systems administration with active directory, failover, Exchange and IIS design &
implementation; with additional experience in Exchange migration, Sharepoint, and portal development.

I was most-recently employed by the Department for Work & Pensions on an 8 week contract to
deliver training & support services as part of their new “Universal Jobmatch” requirement for
new claims. Principle responsibilities include:
Provision of training & support for non-technical users
Including the development of training material for drop-in customers, dealing with the complex needs of elderly and
non-technical customers, and the design of training sessions.
Operating in a high-risk environment
Including working with aggressive or confrontational learners, learners with complex educational needs, and learners
with substance/alcohol abuse problems.
Delivering consistent results for learners at varied levels of initial knowledge
Including dealing with learners with sub-entry-level skills in computer-use, working towards learning objectives to attain
skills-parity across all learners nationwide.
This role ended in April 2015 and I am currently working casually in a local hotel – I am, at present, looking for full-time officebased roles preferably in the technology sector, however I would make a highly valuable asset to small businesses looking to offer
in-house IT and Digital Marketing provision.
