Juju Catering accepts payment via cash, EFT or credit card including American express. All credit card transactions will attract a merchant fee. Corporate accounts must be setup by filling in a new customer form or by completing the online registration form. All accounts have 30 day payment terms. A deposit may be required for certain orders and non-account customers. Who do I call if I need assistance for a customized menu? Juju Catering would be more than happy to customize a menu to suit your needs. We can advise you on quantities, serving size and menu ideas to make your event or function special with no fuss or headaches. We can also provide you with an obligation free quote. This includes chefs, wait staff, baristas etc. All of our staff are professionally trained with the relevant qualifications. Amendments can be made to most items provided it is confirmed no later than 4pm the previous business day. This can be done via email or calling 1300 WE CATER. What if I need to cancel my order?
