Military Inspections Definitely

TEHRAN (Press TV) -- Iranian
Foreign Minister Muhammad Javad
Zarif has called on the international
community to play an active role in
the ongoing negotiations between
Iran and the P5+1 group of countries
over Tehran’s nuclear program.

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Brigadier General Massoud Jazayeri
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Foreigners
will never ever be allowed to have access to Iran’s military sites under any
circumstances, a top Iranian military
commander said on Sunday.
“We reiterate that foreigners will
definitely not be permitted to have
access to military centers in any
way, even if it contradicts accepting
the Additional Protocol,” Deputy
Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed
Forces Brigadier General Massoud
Jazayeri said.
The armed forces have a duty to
safeguard the Islamic Republic’s
security and interests, he added, arguing that any foreign access to the
country’s military sites or information would run counter to the country’s security and public demands.
Jazayeri’s remarks echo earlier
comments by Leader of the Islamic
Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali
Khamenei, who stressed in May
that Iran would not allow the inspection of its military sites.
The Leader ruled out any request
for interviews with Tehran’s nuclear scientists, and described it as an
instance of “interrogation”.
“I would not let foreigners come
and talk to the Iranian nation’s dear
scientists... who have expanded this
wide knowledge to this stage,” Ayatollah Khamenei explained.
Meanwhile, a senior Iranian lawmaker said the parliament is working on a bill based on which the
country can resume uranium enrichment activities in case a possible final agreement on Tehran’s peaceful
nuclear program is violated by the
other side.

Claims to Its Islands
TEHRAN (Press TV) -- Iran has

Earlier this month, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed
Ali Khamenei reiterated that the issue of Palestine is the main issue for
Iran and that Tehran’s support for the
Palestinian people will continue.
Takfiri groups like the Islamic
State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL)
are believed to be supported by the
West and some regional Arab countries.

Iraq and Syria, with implied future

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has on several
occasions maintained that the United States is promoting terrorism in
border areas, seeking to destabilize the Kurdish region by backing insurgents, and using arms and money against the Islamic Republic.
In his words: “I say this firmly that unfortunately across our borders, especially our western borders, the Americans are busy making a
conspiracy; they are busy fostering terrorism. Money, arms and organizations are being used by the Americans directly across our western
borders to fight the Islamic Republic.”
Despite his preceding rhetoric of engagement with Tehran, President
Barack Obama has said he may be prepared to impose further illegal
sanctions against Iran if diplomatic efforts fail to make progress in the
ongoing nuclear talks, although he refuses to set what he calls “an
arbitrary deadline”.
Just as importantly, while Obama apparently stresses the importance
of a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Prime Murderer Benjamin Netanyahu never utters the phrase or alludes to the
possibility of a Palestinian state.
Instead, Netanyahu claims: “If the Palestinians recognize Israel as
the Jewish state, then I think we can come to a substantive solution that
allows the two peoples to live side by side in security and peace.”
Amazingly, he also declines to respond to explicit calls by Obama
to both stop Zionist settlement activity in the occupied Palestinian territories and to address the humanitarian situation in Gaza, which has
been subject to strict blockade by the Zionist regime and Egypt since
last year.
As maintained by Ayatollah Khamenei, Washington must show a real
policy shift toward Tehran and the region, mainly seeing that U.S. forces have been blamed for the sorry state of affairs in Iraq, particularly
the recent gains by the terrorist group of ISIL in Ramadi.
Regardless of Obama’s promise of “engagement”, there have been no
practical changes up until now in the arrogant attitude and behavior of
the U.S. government toward the Middle East and the Islamic Republic.
Quite the opposite, the Obama administration has evil plans for Iraq
(division) and the Kurds (sectarian violence). He is funding terrorist
organizations for an escalation of covert operations against Syria too.
As always, Iranian Kurds and the entire nation should remain fully
aware and watchful.

On Saturday, Parliament Speaker
Ali Larijani described Iran’s support for neighboring Iraq in the fight
against terrorism as a sign of Tehran’s responsible behavior.
“We do not intend to interfere in
Iraq, and are helping them (Iraqis)
with the sense of responsibility,”
Larijani said.
Some countries have an understanding of Iran’s responsible behavior towards Iraq, he said, but
also noted that some others are “not
sincere” and cause problems.
The second group should know
that they will have to change their attitude, because Iran will not change
its approach, Larijani said.
Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb and Abu
Musa are under the sovereignty of
the Islamic Republic, stressing that
the repetition of unfounded allegations over the territories would not
change historical facts.
On Friday, the six-nation Persian
Gulf Cooperation Council issued a
statement at the end of its meeting
in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the UAE’s claim on the three
islands.
The map shows the location of the
three Iranian islands of the Greater
Tunb, Lesser Tunb and Abu Musa
in the Persian Gulf.
Emphasizing that friendly ties
with neighbors based on a noninterference policy and mutual respect top the Islamic Republic’s
agenda, Afkham said Iran does not
consider any limit to the promotion
of friendly relations with neighboring countries and welcomes cooperation with those states.
The three islands have been historically part of Iran. Countless
historical, legal and geographical
documents in Iran and other parts
of the world corroborate Tehran’s
sovereignty over the islands. The
United Arab Emirates has, however,
repeatedly laid claim to the islands.

Washington’s talk of a gradual,

anti-Iran sanctions once Tehran will
have honored commitments under a
final nuclear agreement.
He also noted that a lasting accord
needs to recognize Iran’s right to
continue Research and Development (R&D) activities in the nuclear field, something that the Leader
has also underlined.
“The international community
should not just observe the nuclear
talks and it is necessary for it to
play a role in this regard, so that
the negotiations can bear fruit,”
Zarif said in a meeting with Indian
Foreign Secretary Subrahmanyam
Jaishankar here.
The Indian official, for his part,
expressed hope that Iran and the
P5+1 group could reach an agreement on the text of a final agreement soon, adding that such a deal
could contribute to the promotion
of Tehran-New Delhi ties.

Zionist Nukes
RESALAT: As far as the United Nations, the Arab League and numerous international organizations and watchdogs - including American and
European - are concerned, the Zionist regime is the only entity in the
Middle Ease that actually has nuclear weapons and the only regime that
refuses to submit to international demands and inspections. It is also the
only illegal entity in the Middle East that continues to kill and mime
without being challenged by the United Nations, the United States and
its allies.
Iraqi Resistance
IRAN: The Iraqi government has on several occasions made it clear
that the country does not need U.S. help on reconciliation issues and
security, while also warning against regional and international interferences in Iraq’s affairs. This clearly goes against the main U.S. plan which
is long-standing occupation. Washington has laid out long-term plans for
Iraq such as setting up permanent military bases and having an administration that will always serve its illicit political and economic interests
throughout the region. Consequently, it seems rather odd if the U.S. occupying forces leave without attaining these unholy goals.
Waking Up
KHORASAN: The time is ripe for a mass Islamic movement to challenge the militaristic regimes and lies (unfounded Iranian threat) and
overwhelm the Zionist-American fear mongering and militarism with
peace and priorities that reflect a new understanding of human security,
which would make the Middle East region safer for us all. Seeing the
Western-made carnage in Iraq and Afghanistan, the time is also ripe for
the Muslim world to wake up and start talking peace and not making war.
U.S. Shame
QODS: It is a shame that the U.S. government has retreated from its
previous position as regards Israel putting a freeze on all settlement activities prior to any peace talks with the Palestinian Authority. Indeed, if
the U.S. administration wants to resume the peace process, it will have to
compel the criminal regime to halt the settlements and to start the negotiations from where they stopped in 2008.
