The size of documents both at KeNHA head office and regional offices range from A8 to AO The Head Office has 13 departments/sections while regional Offices have 7 Departments /Sections. The processes at the regional offices are at a great extend similar to that of Head Office. Cost of Customization and configuration of all the process flows shall be included in the bidder's price. The bidders are free to form joint ventures to enhance their qualification. KeNHA has no preferred brands of hardware. All the equipment must meet the minimum Technical specifications indicated in the bid document and shall be delivered at Head Office.
