LBNC COMMITTEES
From LBNC President, Linda Gravani lindag@lakebalboanc.org
Hi Neighbors !
Council Files:
This is how the city operates, a council file is
presented at City Council. It could then be referred to another city
department(s) and returns to City Council with their findings and
ultimately a vote FOR or AGAINST by our representatives.
Cityclerk.lacity.org
-on the right side you will see SEARCH
Council Files- Click on it. At simple search, type in a topic

Airport jet noise or early-turn flyovers bothering
you? The LBNC is taking action on behalf of the community and
formed an Ad Hoc committee open to all who wish to have a voice and
make a difference in addressing this vital issue. There have been
sharp increases in jet run-ups and idling, and unnecessary early-turn
flyovers that make the enjoyment of our homes impossible. The committee will build a coalition of concerned parties in the region and work
with officials and pilots to expedite a resolution to these issues.

Lake Balboa NC sponsored a mural created and painted by the
students of Daniel Pearl Magnet High School (Journalism
School) with help from West Valley LA Police Cadets and Senior Lead officer Steve Olivares. The mural is a tribute to the slain
Wall Street Journal reporter. His likeness, which was approved
by the Pearl
Family, was

Levi Ponce,
