Contestant/Winner Agreement
I,______________________________________ understand as a contestant/winner of the Mr.
and/or Miss. Las Vegas Leather PRIDE my photos may be used for Marketing/PR, including but
not limited to any social media platforms owned/operated by Las Vegas Pride, Charlie’s Las
Vegas, Las Vegas Boys of Leather, Leather Uniform Club of Las Vegas or any approved club or
organizations of and/or affiliated with said clubs or organizations.
I understand that the failure to appear, without prior notice, to events confirmed & scheduled by
the Las Vegas PRIDE Royalty Committee Chairman for Mr. and/or Miss. Las Vegas Leather
PRIDE may result in the removal of title(s), as approved by the Board of Directors for Las Vegas
PRIDE.
I understand and agree that, in keeping with Las Vegas PRIDE’s commitment to provide a safe
and drug-free environment, Las Vegas PRIDE operates with a zero-tolerance substance and
alcohol abuse policy. All persons found to be in possession will be disqualified and/or title(s)
will be removed, as approved by the Board of Directors for Las Vegas PRIDE.
I agree to hold harmless the staff/owner/committee members/directors of the Mr. and/or Miss
Las Vegas Leather PRIDE, Las Vegas PRIDE, Charlie’s Las Vegas, Judges and all others
concerned with the Mr. and/or Miss. Las Vegas Leather PRIDE Contest without fault for any and
all damages and/or injury to myself and/or personal belongings during the Mr. and/or Miss. Las
Vegas Leather PRIDE Contest.
I have received and read all the Mr. and/or Miss. Las Vegas Leather PRIDE Contestant Rules,
Code of Conduct, Winner Responsibilities and agree to all the terms set forth therein.
The information on this form will be used by the Mr. and/or Miss. Las Vegas Leather PRIDE
Judges and the Contest Host/Emcee during judging and on-stage introduction segments. Copies
may be seen by various officials and Judges of the Mr. and/or Miss. Las Vegas Leather PRIDE
contest.
I verify that all the information contained in this “Application” is true and understand that any
falsification is terms for disqualification from the contest and/or forfeiture of any winnings.
