Administration Requirements
 The required set of Learning Progressions must
be completed for each preschool child enrolled
in a 3-Star or above rated program twice
annually (fall and spring).
 Learning Progressions may be completed more
often than twice per year, individually or as a
set.

an ongoing basis:
Option 1:
• Continue using GOLDTM for the ongoing assessment
requirement
• Complete only the minimum required Learning
Progressions of the Early Learning Assessment twice
per year
• May use the same observation data to complete the
GOLDTM and Early Learning Assessment
