Mission
Linkfluence is looking for a Senior Social Media Researcher. If you have a passion for Social Media

You will be in charge of the production of Social Media Research and Analytics reports, as well as
developing innovative recommendations for our clients.
This opportunity offers strong progression potentials, not mentioning the fact that you will be a core
member of the UK Research team. Your activities will mostly - but not exclusively - consist of:





Building and updating complex semantic queries used to collect data in order to respond to
client’s specific issues and needs
Developing and managing social dashboards
Producing reports and ad-hoc social media research projects on various topics and for a wide
array of clients, using quantitative, qualitative or network analysis
Putting together actionable recommendations (marketing, communications, public affairs,
etc.)
Ensure the quality of Linkfluence deliverables for English speaking markets
Line of reporting: This role reports to the Head of Research / COO.

Requirements/Skills










3 years+ experience in social media research or analysis
Native English speaker, fluency in second and third language a plus (French, German and
Spanish recommended)
Strong academic record
Passion for digital culture and social web
Strong analytical and interpretation abilities (track record of producing high quality insights
from social media data on both tactical and strategic levels)
Excellent writing skills (track record of writing blogs or articles a definite plus)
Good interpersonal skills, team player
Hands-on, can-do attitude, pushing things the next mile
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience using social media management and analytics tools
