LIZ QUIN EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY Return of Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Garment: If your garment is faulty, damaged or the incorrect one has been sent please: e-mail sales@lizquin.com within 48 hours of receipt, with an explanation of the reason for your return. We will review the complaint and issue a returns number. Write this number on the original invoice and return it with the garment. This invoice is proof of purchase and must be included. The cost of shipping and return shipping will be refunded (see refunds below.) We will offer a replacement subject to availability or a refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging. Replacements are subject to availability otherwise we will refund the customer. All return shipping charges are the customer’s and the goods are your responsibility while they are in your possession. We recommend that you send the garment(s) back via registered post, insure them and retain the tracking number/receipt until we have received them. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in re-saleable condition, e.g. with make up stains, previously worn, tags missing. Return postal address is: Euromode, Eurosped Group, Eurocentre, Cookstown Industrial Estate, Dublin 24 Receiving a Refund We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will e-mail to confirm when this has been done. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Your refund takes 5-7 working days to process and will be issued as soon as possible thereafter, or within 28 days of receipt of the return. The refund will exclude all shipping and handling costs, with the exception of faulty, damaged or incorrect items. We cannot refund customs duties or taxes on international orders. Garments that are discounted or on sale cannot be refunded. Only garments bought online at www.lizquin.com can be returned or exchanged. Garments bought in any store or other online outlet carrying Liz Quin stock cannot be returned/exchanged.
