SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Presenting Sponsor – $5,000.00
 The Presenting Sponsor’s name and/or logo will be added to, and prominently positioned above,
the 2015 Run/Walk logo (as shown above) with the word “Presents” added below the sponsor’s
logo to indicate the sponsor is “THE” Presenting Sponsor of the Run/Walk.
 The Presenting Sponsor will be the ONLY Presenting Sponsor of the 2015 Run/Walk and no other
business will be allowed at this level of sponsorship.
 The Presenting Sponsor will have “Total Sponsorship Exclusivity” in the 2015 Run/Walk which
means no other “specific similar business” (ex: Banks) will be solicited as a sponsor, at any lower
levels, without the Presenting Sponsor’s permission or approval.
 The Presenting Sponsor will be given 20-free registration fees for “Race Runners/Walkers” who wish
to participate (possibly as a Corporate Team) in the 2015 Run/Walk.
 The Presenting Sponsor’s logo will be prominently located on the front of the 2015 Run/Walk event
T-Shirts and will be the ONLY sponsor allowed on the “Front” of the T-Shirt.
 Sponsor will be prominently listed as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2015 Run/Walk on the front
cover of all event Brochures and Posters if sponsorship is confirmed before the print deadline.
 Sponsor will be listed as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2015 Run/Walk on all events promotional
Banners and Signage if sponsorship is confirmed before the print deadline.
 Sponsor will be listed as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2015 Run/Walk on the Moss Free Clinic’s
Web Site at www.mossfreeclinic.org.
 Sponsor will be mentioned as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2015 Run/Walk in all Radio, TV, Cable,
and Newspaper advertising (if budget allows), media interviews/articles, and any promotional
opportunities given to the Moss Free Clinic to help promote the event.
 Sponsor will be mentioned as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2015 Run/Walk in all media Press
Releases if sponsorship is confirmed before releases are distributed to the media.
 Sponsor will be listed as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2015 Run/Walk in all of the Team Captain’s
Packets that are distributed to Team Members.
 Sponsor will be listed as the Presenting Sponsor in all pre-event and post-event mailings to event
participants, sponsors, supporters, volunteers, vendors, etc.
 The Presenting Sponsor will be prominently honored at the 2015 Run/Walk Award Ceremony and
be given the opportunity to briefly speak, and help present all awards to participants.
 The Presenting Sponsor will be given a “large space” in a prominent location at the Run/Walk to
have an Information Tent (Small Tent & Tables provided) for promoting their business or products.
 The Presenting Sponsor will be given an opportunity to have some of their businesses promotional
items or informational/educational materials inserted in all participant Goody Bags.

Platinum Sponsor – $3,500.00
 The Platinum Sponsor’s name or logo will be prominently positioned in all 2015 Run/Walk event
materials listed below and will be larger than all other sponsor logos with the exception of the
Presenting Sponsor.
 Platinum Sponsors will be given 10-free registration fees for “Race Runners/Walkers” who wish to
participate (possibly as a Corporate Team) in the 2015 Run/Walk.
 The Platinum Sponsor’s name or logo will be prominently listed under the Platinum Sponsor
section of the 2015 Run/Walk event T-Shirts on the back of the shirt under the sponsorship section
below the Presenting Sponsor. The font/logo size will be larger than the Gold Sponsors.
 Sponsor will be prominently listed as a Platinum Sponsor of the 2015 Run/Walk inside all event
Brochures and event Posters if sponsorship is confirmed before the print deadline. The font/logo
size will be larger than the Gold Sponsors.
 Sponsor will be listed as a Platinum Sponsor of the 2015 Run/Walk on all events promotional
Banners and Signage if sponsorship is confirmed before the print deadline. The font/logo size will be

Run/Walk T-Shirts on the back of the shirt under Kilometer Sponsors below the Bronze Sponsors.

Sponsorship Confirmation Form
The 5th Annual Moss Free Clinic 5K Run/Walk on April 26, 2015 is anticipated to draw over 250+
runners/walkers plus a large crowd of spectators, volunteers, and vendors from the Fredericksburg Region. The
event is comprised of individual runners and walkers along with numerous “Walk Teams" representing local
businesses, organizations, community associations, neighborhood groups, churches, and families.
In addition, the 5K Run/Walk provides a wonderful opportunity for your business to partner with the Lloyd F.
Moss Free Clinic and support our mission to serve over 2,500 indigent patients in 2015. We hope you will join us
as a 2015 5K Walk/Run Sponsor. All sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law. In order to
have your company/organization’s name or logo included in the 5K Run/Walk printed materials, this Sponsorship
Confirmation Form must be received as soon as possible. Please check with Mike West for specific print dates.
