Core Competencies in Facility Management

 Core Competencies in
Facility Management
OVERVIEW: Facility professionals are often asked to undertake and manage numerous tasks, from
small routine items to large complex projects and most times, simultaneously. Many of
these tasks require a basic understanding of various disciplines and with Facility
Management fast becoming an integral part of an organisations’ strategic plan, it has
evolved into a dynamic and robust discipline that commands results.
To continue functioning as effective facility professionals, managers must ensure that
they are knowledgeable in the relevant core disciplines to ensure that strategic
objectives and corporate goals are met.
This 3-day workshop will cover in detail, the core competencies of Facility
