Richard A. Potter SALES LEADER SCHOLARSHIP AWARD Richard A. Potter is an outstanding Sales Professional who has provided extensive sales management and selling leadership skills to the home furnishings industry for more than 50 years throughout Canada. This Scholarship Award is provided by Zucora Inc. a London, Ontario based company and proud supporter of Junior Achievement. Mr. Potter served as Vice President of Sales for Zucora until his retirement in 2012 when the Company decided to recognize Mr. Potter for his many years of leadership and contribution to the growth and success of the Zucora business. This Scholarship Award is provided to a student graduating from the Company Program based on this application and selection criteria as determined by Junior Achievement of London and District. 1 Richard A. Potter Sales Leader Scholarship Application Due at the Junior Achievement of London & District office by April 11, 2015 The following application is designed to collect information about your background, interests and future plans. Your answers to these questions, as well as the required attachments for these scholarships, will be confidential. The selection of scholarship recipients will be influenced by the thoughtfulness and completeness of replies, neatness, legibility, proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. It is your responsibility to make sure your application is complete and submitted to our office by April 11, 2015. Guidelines: All applicants must return the following to the Junior Achievement office by April 11, 2015 to be considered for any scholarship offered through Junior Achievement. Students may apply for the scholarship only one time, and must be in, or have taken the Junior Achievement Company Program to apply. Family members and anyone associated with JA cannot submit the Letter of Recommendation. Finalists will be notified and required to attend a brief interview. The recipient must submit written request to the Junior Achievement office in order to receive the scholarship award. The award will be delivered on behalf of the recipient to the Financial Aid Department at the college or university the recipient is attending. If written request is not received within three years from the date of the award letter, the scholarship will be forfeited. Failure to submit any of the materials will result in the disqualification of your application. Deadline for the application is April 11, 2015.
