Lincoln Prairie Elementary School Community Unit School District 300 847.532.6600 Phone 500 W. Harvest Gate Lake in the Hills, IL 60156 Mark Wetzel, Principal mark.wetzel@d300.org Dear Lincoln Prairie Elementary School Families, As we approach the final month of the school year, I wanted to take a moment to pass along a few reminders: Please remember that the immunization deadline is August 1, 2015. Additionally, any student entering sixth grade needs to complete the health requirements by August 1, 2015. If you have questions about this, feel free to contact the nurse at (847) 532-6611. As the weather becomes warmer, students will be outside for recess unless it is raining or dangerously hot. Please ensure students are prepared for the change in the weather. Although our students are fantastic and extremely well-behaved, when the end of the year approaches and the weather becomes warmer, students have the potential to make interesting choices – this is normal and is very human. Please have conversations with your child(ren) about appropriate behaviors during the next few weeks. This has been a wonderful year and we look forward to continuing to support your child(ren) as we approach the summer months. Thank you, as always, for your continued support! Enjoy your week!
