Center from January 29 – 30, 2016. With over
6,000 members, SPSP is the largest Social and
Personality Psychology organization in the world.

* Reception space rental fees are complimentary for up to 300 people. All food, beverage, and Audio Visual fees will be the sole responsibility
of the host organization. Receptions can start no earlier than 6:00 pm and must conclude by 8:30pm. Choice of Friday or Saturday evening
will be on a first-come first-served basis.

REGISTRATION (exclusive) – $1,500
As the exclusive registration sponsor, have your logo appear on the self-registration kiosk monitors, the back
of every name badge printed, registration signage, and in every registration confirmation email sent. Obtain
maximum exposure with your logo worn by over 3,600 attendees for two days of convention activities.
CONVENTION WIFI (exclusive) – $3,000
The number one question at the convention continues to be “Where is the wifi access?” As the exclusive
sponsor of the convention wifi, your logo will appear on public space wifi signage. Additionally, you will
choose the free wifi network ID and be featured on the wifi splash page all attendees will use to access
the internet.
SPSP AWARDS CEREMONY (exclusive) – $5,000 S O L D
The most prominent names are recognized each year on Thursday night at the SPSP Awards Ceremony
and Reception. Your sponsorship of this event includes your logo placed prominently on display as well as
acknowledgement and thanks for your support from the SPSP President during the opening remarks. Show

GRADUATE STUDENT SOCIAL (exclusive) – $3,000 S O L D
Over 500 Graduate Student attendees gather each year on Thursday night at a local night spot for a night
of networking and fun! As the exclusive sponsor of this event, your logo will be placed on promotional
materials and any signage related to the event. Additionally you will be able to work with the SPSP planning
team to have promotional materials available at the party. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of one of the
best experiences of our student attendees each year.
GRADUATE STUDENT LOUNGE & POSTER CHECK (exclusive)
– $2,000
Student attendees search for a place to relax, unwind, or meet with a mentor or colleague during the
convention. As the sole sponsor, your logo would appear on the signage, and you would have exclusive
privileges to make your organizations materials available in the lounge. The extremely popular Poster
Check is in this room as well, making this a spot few students miss. Just think, a highly trafficked room for
you to wow attendees, all to yourself!
DIVERSITY RECEPTION (exclusive) – $5,000
Each year, on Friday night, the Diversity and Climate Committee hosts a reception for over 300 people.
This reception recognizes the many graduate students from diverse backgrounds who are recipients of the
committee’s highest awards. As the sponsor, your logo will appear on the event program and all signage.
Your organization will be thanked by the Diversity and Climate Committee chair in their opening remarks.

Welcome everyone to the 17th Annual SPSP Convention. Your logo will be placed on all signage at the
first major event of the convention. Be the first to officially welcome attendees to San Diego, and since
the reception is in the Exhibit Hall, your booth staff will get twice the bang for their buck!
CLOSING RECEPTION (exclusive) - $2,000
After a great convention, celebrate the new opportunities created with attendees as the sponsor of the
closing reception Saturday night in the Exhibit Hall. Your logo will appear on all signage, and yours will
be the last name attendees see before wrapping up another great SPSP convention in San Diego!

With over 2,000 boxed lunches ordered every year, the sea of people invading the Exhibit Hall at lunch
time seems endless. You know what else is endless – the possibilities that come from that many

CANCELLATION OF EXHIBIT SPACE. Notification of exhibit space cancellation
must be submitted in writing to meetings@spsp.org. If notice of cancellation is
received by September 15, 2015, 50% of the total cost of space will be retained as
liquidated damages. If written cancellation of space is received after September
15, 2015, the entire cost of the booth space will be retained as liquidated damages.
Subletting or subleasing of exhibit space is not permitted. ORDERS PLACED
AFTER SEPTEMBER 24, 2015 WILL BE ASSESSED A 15% LATE FEE. PRINTED
