Sign ups for the garage sale begin on Monday, May 4th. Parent’s Night Out will be on May 1st and May 15th from 5:30 – 10:00 pm. These nights are the perfect opportunity for you to drop off your children and have a relaxing time, knowing your children are having so much fun without you. On May 1st the movie will be “Song of the Sea” and on May 15th it will be “Hoodwinked”. from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Teen Night will be on May 30th with outdoor games and adventures. Be sure to sign up for this fun and eventful night for the teens. Because we had such a great turn out for the babysitting course, we have brought back a second course from 5:30 – 7:30 pm on May 19th through the 21st. Active Older Adults will have two amazing socials this month on May 14th and May 28th from 12:15 – 2:15 pm. District News With the warm weather upon us, we all want to start our long awaited landscape projects. Many of these projects are in our backyards and may not be easy to access. Many of the houses in Meridian Ranch back to open space or landscape tracts. These areas should not be used to gain access to your backyard. The landscaping on the open space or landscape tracts is designed for the pleasure of all residents to enjoy, so when someone drives over these areas, the landscape is damaged which in turn costs the District to repair. A publication of Indoor Pool Update: The Meridian Service Metropolitan District In case you haven’t noticed, construction has started on the new indoor pool. The District awarded the contract to Art C. Klein Construction to build the indoor pool and facility addition. This construction will cause a few disruptions during ISSUE the summer at the outdoor pool along with some indoor disruptions as the new building connects to the existing building. We hope to keep the disruptions to a minimum and know there are going to be some growing pains. We ask that you May bear with us throughout this process.
