02. Becoming an Accredited Agent
The process for applying to become a Mosaic Accredited Agent is simple…

The agreement must be made with a registered
business with registration details submitted. The
Mosaic proposition is based on a clear business-tobusiness model.
Mosaic Group offers significant levels of personal
support to its accredited agents. Such agents must
have the capability to deliver the volume of sales
that we require.
Experienced Agencies
Lack of Compatibility or
Operating Experience
Agents who have existing client relationships and sales
experience in the property and alternative investment
markets are highly valued by Mosaic.
Opt-in email database
White label email creatives are available to download
from the Mosaic Extranet for agents to send directly
to their databases. Mosaic expects Accredited Agents
to comply fully with the relevant data protection
regulations.
While Mosaic Group is keen to help its industry
partners grow, it may decide to decline an
application if there are not the relevant skill sets or
assets already in place.
Unqualified email database
Mosaic Group will decline an application if it can
not be shown that an email database has been
collated in compliance with international data
protection laws (opt-in). The success of marketing
campaigns by compliant agents can be harmed by
association with email activity considered “spam”.
Once Mosaic is satisfied that your business meets the desired profile of an Accredited Agent and you believe that Mosaic
products represent an appealing proposition to your existing client base, both parties enter into an Agency agreement
to formalise the relationship.
The next step is to get you up to speed with Mosaic products and systems, by conducting a Training Needs Analysis to
ensure that our training meets your business requirements. After the training process you will receive accredited status
and you’re ready to go.

The Mosaic Extranet is a tool designed to assist you
with the Mosaic experience from start to finish.
From here you can access training materials and product updates; it will contain all of your company details and
logo to enable the creation of branded marketing and sales materials, generation of contracts for your investors,
client tracking and commission statements.

match the needs of your business including
a dedicated Account Manager and sales
progression support to help you to manage the
investment process for your investors.
Who should consider working
with Mosaic Group?
Any company involved in the sale of real estate
& related investments, regardless of geographic
location should arrange to speak with Mosaic
Group. Mosaic Group works with Agents
across Europe, Asia, the Americas, the Middle
East, Africa and Australasia. Generally Mosaic
Group requires that any potential partner has a
significant existing client base and a successful
sales history.
